Four stories of seduction and suspense from the pen of the master of macabre each with a wicked sting in the tail ...

Lust, triumph, the galling deflation of defeat is all captured by Dahl in these black comedies of human weakness and unexpected reversal. With the exploits of Uncle Oswald, being as extraordinary as they are scandalous in the short stories Visitor and Bitch and the power of desire a double-edged sword, both pleasurable and potentially catastrophic in The Great Switcheroo and The Last Act.
