The Roald Dahl (Centre) Trading Ltd is the trading company of the Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre, a registered charity. Our main aim is to maximise revenue for the Museum, all profits go to furthering the Museums aim of inspiring a love of stories and creative writing in everyone using the life and archive of Roald Dahl.

Product descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure accuracy of description, specifications, colour and price of all products; however there may be occasional errors. In this event you will be provided with a full explanation and a corrected offer. All items are offered subject to availability.
Postage and packaging
Within the UK
All orders to be dispatched within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail. The price will automatically be worked out for you at the checkout and will be displayed before you commit to your purchase. Please allow up to 10 workings days from ordering to receive your item.
Outside of the UK
All orders to be dispatched outside the UK will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail. The price will automatically be worked out by delivery size, weight and destination at the checkout. This will be displayed to you before you commit to your purchase. Please allow up to 28 workings days from ordering to receive your item.
Returns
The Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre is happy to offer full refunds on faulty stock or goods that are damaged on arrival. Please return it to us (with all relevant documentation) within 28 days and we will be happy to exchange it or refund your money. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you ask your Post Office for a proof of posting (available free of charge). This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

We will keep a record of your name and contact information so that we can remember you on your next visit and send you news of future offers and events. If you would not like to be added to our mailing list, please tick the relevant boxes when placing your order.
