Postage and packaging
Within the UK
All orders to be dispatched within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery. The price will automatically be worked out for you at the checkout and will be displayed before you commit to your purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days from ordering to receive your item - most customers receive their gifts withing 5 working days however.
Please note all orders within the UK will require a signature upon delivery. If the order cannot be delivered a calling card will be left with information of how to rearrange delivery or pick-up.
Outside of the UK
All orders to be dispatched outside the UK will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail. The price will automatically be worked out by delivery size, weight and destination at the checkout. This will be displayed to you before you commit to your purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Although we will despatch your mail to the appropriate country at the first available time, delivery standards in other countries do vary. Please allow up to an estimated 28 workings days from ordering to receive your item.
