Every care has been taken to ensure accuracy of description, specifications, colour and price of all products; however there may be occasional errors. In this event you will be provided with a full explanation and a corrected offer. All items are offered subject to availability.
Payment
- You can order and pay online by credit card, or
- You can call us on 01494 892192 and pay over the phone.
- Alternatively, you can place and order and send us a cheque. Please be aware that your order will not be dispatched until we have received and cashed your cheque. Unfortunately we are only able to accept cheques in Sterling.
Returns
The Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre is happy to offer full refunds on faulty stock or goods that are damaged on arrival. Please return it to us (with all relevant documentation) within 28 days and we will be happy to exchange it or refund your money. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you ask your Post Office for a proof of posting (available free of charge). This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
